A short note on what we store when you take the test, and how to have it deleted.

What we store

When you take the test, we store your answers and the archetype result. We also store the trade you pick, with the result. If you choose to unlock the full profile, we also store the name, email and company name you provide, and a domain if you enter one. We store the time you gave consent.

Why

The result is stored so you can return to your link. The contact details are stored because you ask to receive your result, and because you consent to Ibenta following up. We do not sell the data on, and we do not use it for anything else.

Where

The data is stored in a database on our own server in the EEA. Traffic to the site passes through Cloudflare. When we email you your result, your name, email and result are also processed by Google Workspace. Our server provider, Cloudflare and Google process the data on behalf of Ibenta. Processing may take place inside and outside the EU/EEA. Where required, the providers use approved transfer mechanisms, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The data controller is Ibenta.

Statistics

We use Matomo, running on our own server (stats.ibenta.no), to see how the test is used. It is set up without cookies: nothing is stored on your device, and your IP address is anonymised before it is stored. That is why we do not need to ask for consent for it, and why you see no consent banner.

We count page views and a few events: when you start the test, how far you get, when you finish (with the primary archetype), when you unlock the profile, which demo you look at, and which buttons you click through to Ibenta. The link to your result is personal, so it is masked in your browser before anything is sent. Matomo never sees the link itself, and never your name, email or anything else you type.

For how long

Results where you have not unlocked the profile are deleted automatically after 30 days. If you have unlocked and become a contact of ours, we keep the details while the contact is active, or until you ask us to delete them.

Deletion

You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time. Email post@ibenta.no and we will sort it out. When we delete your contact, the associated test result is automatically deleted with it.
